Maybe its the video card. or the monitor...one tips: try ur monitor to other system unit.. if its still flickering.. monitor needs replacement or call your dealer..

It is likely a capacitor inside the Monitor. My LG is doing it too. I am debating whether to open and replace or throw mine away.

Hello there,
The reason the screen flickers is simply because the module of the laptop is faulty. The module is what connects the screen to the main board, it is like a flex for the screen. Once you can have it replaced, the screen will stop flickering.

Screen blinks and then goes out. tap on side and causes flickers
sure sounds like loose solder joints, look for them in the deflection circuit, just find the hard plastic encapsulated body with the thick red wire sticking out of it thats where usually the loose solder joints develop.

Flickering Screen on Model P105 Toshiba Satellite
on the back of the LCD is a cable that goes from there to the Motherboard. Try reseating that cable on both ends. If that doesn't fix it then it has to be a problem with either the screen or the cable behind the screen.

Symptoms of a Bad Video Driver

Monitor Resolution issues: screen flickers, screen is cloudy, screen shows horizontal lines, screen goes black, goes blank, goes into sleep mode, goes into power mode, size magnifies or reduces, video is jittery, fonts change, screensaver will not appear, cannot extend display on dual monitors.
