Re: sound card

Hi Zigma,

Some internet applications needs video and or sound stream controls needed some file to run or view. In this case, you can hardly tell what downloaded programs you have installed that overrides the default installed drivers. In some case upon uninstalling some program it will ask "are you share to remove the shared file xx.xx?" Now to regain back the sound card driver you had. You must check the sound card driver at control panel sound settings property. Remove it or update the driver you will need to. Note: check if any the soundcard driver file properties has an error marked. This helps you determine the drivers fault or conflicts.

Best regards,

Hello, I recently picked up a Tascam us-144 MKII. My OS is windows 7 32 bit. And we run FL studio 10. While playing some of our tracks every once and a while we experiance loud cracking and popping sounds...

Hello you can download drivers and the manual here:

You need adobe reader to read the content in the manual.

It sounds like the gain or mic level is set too high or a defect cable.

Try also to renew the sound driver on the pc.

Try also to lower the the input gain on the playback device.

The FL studio homepage:

Good luck

Internet sound often requires extra software, like DirectX or the Adobe Flash Player.
Just install the latest versions from Microsoft and Adobe respectively and it should work.
