Instructions and pictures are the right ones for your model. The had been taken from user manual. To access the screws you have to remove the back panel cover.

Instructions are also available at page five of the manual. You can get the full manual clicking on the link: 52RV530U Integrated High Definition TV.

Please do not forget to leave feedback.

You have to remove the back of the TV. You may accomplish this by removing all screws that have an arrow pointing at them. This includes seven perimeter screws, two deep set screws just above the stand, one screw above that and two or three others on the back. Careful, there is one more screw roughly in the middle of the AV jacks on the back. Once the back is removed, there are only two screws attaching the stand. It comes off easily. Do not bother unscrewing anything that attaches to the base itself, there is no way around taking off the back of the TV.

Not coming on

Could be a defective power supply or main board. You will need to inspect the boards for failure or contact a TV repair technician to diagnose further. Below is a link to a list of the parts for that model TV.

I can't remove the stand off the tv

Hi, i have instruction on removing your base stand.

Removing the Pedestal Stand
1) Carefully lay the front of the unit face down on a flat,
cushioned surface such as a quilt or blanket. Leave the stand
protruding over the edge of the surface.
Note: Extreme care should always be used when removing
the pedestal stand to avoid damage to the LCD panel.
2) Remove the jack pack cover on the back of the TV to expose
the pedestal stand screws. The jack pack cover can be removed
without tools.
3) Remove the four screws shown in the diagram below. This will
allow removal of the pedestal stand.
4) Once you have removed all four screws holding the pedestal
stand in place, remove the pedestal stand from the TV by
sliding the pedestal stand away from the TV.

I can not get the base off

Hello,

Follow the below instruction on how to the base off your Toshiba LCD TV;
  1. Turn off your Toshiba TV if it is on.
  2. Unplug your TV from the wall and any other devices (like DVD players or Blu-ray players) that it is connected to.
  3. Put a blanket, towel or some other kind of soft object down on the floor (if you have hardwood floors and not carpeting in your home).
  4. Set your Toshiba TV down onto the soft surface with the screen facing downward toward the floor.
  5. Use a flat-head screwdriver to remove the two large, plastic bolts on the rear of the TV stand's base. These bolts are holding the stand onto your Toshiba TV. Set the bolts aside.
  6. Use your hand to pull the base off of the Toshiba TV. You will now be able to set your TV completely on the ground. Put the base (as well as the accompanying bolts) aside for safe-keeping, in case you ever need to use them again.
I hope the above helps.

Good luck.
