I googled your MB2205 and the third site from www.dixiesales.com had an IPL of your unit. There are not too many electrical components to replace on this unit. But once you find the part numbers you are looking for then go to www.ordertree.com and check prices. It may be better to go out and buy a new one since this one is 8 years old. It may have lasted longer than the company expected.

McCulloch backpack leaf blower wont start and sprays gas out exhaust when trying to start

The machine is completly flooded, remove the spark plug, switch the ignition off, crank the engine until there is no further fuel spraying from the plug hole, leave for a few hours to dry out, replace a dry plug and try again with no choke and full throttle.

No spark going to spark plug

First you should get a new plug. Then look at the coil to see if it is got good ground.. Make sure the plug wire is good... If that doesn't work then check the coil if you can't find a dealer to check. Most electric components are under warranty, even some life time. Good luck.

Where can I find a manualf or McCulloch 32 cc leaf blower

I can't give you an exact link without the model. What you need to do is go here to McCulloch's website

http://www.mccullochpower.com/node7877.aspx

Near the bottom in the middle under support the third link down is Download Manuals. Click that to open new page, fill in your model and download your manual.

McCulloch 32cc backpack leaf-blower

Mcculloch MB3202 anti-vibration back pack leaf blower, runs better at the middle setting of the choke than it does if it's wide open the way it should be. Can't get it to blow leaves well. Owners manual lost. ANY ADVICE???????? New gas, spark plug starts on the first pull but just doesn't give out like it should.
