Forgot voice mail password - Audiovox CDM-8615 Cellular Phone

Voice mail is typically provided by your cell service provider. You should contact your cell provider and ask them for assistance. If you're using a third-party app to manage your voice mail and you can't remember the password to the app, you'll need to contact the app creator.

Push (and hold) "1" on your (registered) device which will bring you to the voicemail centre (no psw required).

The only way to rest ypur voice.ail password is to contact your service providers help line. After they verify your account they will do the reset to default.

Voice mails are not stored on the phone but rather your cell phone provider's equipment. You need to contact your cell phone provider.

I am going to include a link to the administrator guide for you to download (its in pdf format). However here is what I found in the admin guide:

To change a password:
1. Access the voice mail administrator's mailbox and menu (see page 53).
2. Say "Mailbox Maintenance" or press to access the Mailbox/Group List Maintenance
option.
3. Say or enter the mailbox or extension ID to be accessed. You hear the Personal Options
Menu.
4. Say "Password" or press .
5. If you want a password, enter a new password using digits 0-9 (up to 12 digits) and
press when you are done.Voice mail plays back the password.
If you do not want to use a password, say "Skip" or press . Voice mail announces
that you have chosen not to have a password.
6. Say "Accept" or press to accept the password as entered, or say "Re-enter" or press
to erase and re-enter the password.
7. Hang up or press to return to the previous menu.

you should be able to contact your phone provider and they will reset your voicemail password once they verify your identity

Resetting your Wireless Sync password

1. Navigate to the showLink("Wireless Sync", "_blank") Wireless Sync website.
2. Click Forgot Password.
   
3. Enter your 10-digit mobile number into the Mobile Number field then click Send.
   A temporary password will be sent to your device via a free text message.
   
4. Enter the temporary password exactly as it appears in the Temporary Password field, enter your new password and confirm by re-entering then click Next.
   
5. Enter your 10-digit mobile number, the new password then click Login.
   If you are logging in from your wireless device, launch the Wireless Sync client and simply enter the new password when prompted.

Resetting your Voice Mail password
To reset your Voice Mail password online:
This method requires that you log into My Account. If you have not established a profile, you can " showLink("Register for My Account", "_blank") Register for My Account" now.

1. Login to showLink("My Account", "_blank") My Account.
2. Select the desired mobile phone number then click Display.
   
3. Click My Phone.
   
4. Click Reset Voice Mail Password.
   
5. Select the mobile phone number then select the password preferences.
6. Enter the password, re-enter the password then click UPDATE.
   

To reset the Voice Mail password from the wireless handset:

1. Press *611 then press SEND (airtime is free).
2. When prompted press 2 then press 1 to reset the password.
3. Enter your 5-digit billing zip code then follow the prompts for security verification.
4. Press 2 to reset the password.

1. Call (800) 922-0204 (toll free) from any phone to reach the easy-to-use automated customer service menu.
2. When prompted press 2 then press 1 to reset the password.
3. Enter your 5-digit billing zip code then follow the prompts for security verification.
4. Press 2 to reset the password.
