Hi, when a video doesn't play n your phone it depends on the format of the video you are trying to play on your phone.
View the details of the video file that was sent to you and view the other videos already on your phone that you can play if they are of the same format file.
Just open a video file (3gp/mp4) it automatically play in the default video player of your cellphone. Or you can download any video player from some sites and install it on the phone and then try playing videos in that player. Search in some mobile forums and you will get some software which enables you to stream videos from internet.
The panasonic vidoe are in quicktime - you will need to either download quicktime software to run the vidoe clips or you can convert the file format from quicktime into windows media player format. The codecs you are downloading may convert your files but I am not familiar with GO.
I suggest you download quicktime for now, so you can at least play your vidoes. be sure to check your operating system for the download.

At a later date, you may or may not want to edit them in which case you can download a conversion tool or do so online.
The simplest way is to connect the AV cable from the DVD camcorder to a video card, which will convert analogue to digital ( such as Dazzle Digital Video Creator, which connects to a windows computer by a USB), play the video on the camcorder, and capture any clips you want with software such as Windows Movie Maker. You then have the Windows Media Audio/Video files on your computer.
