My sony viao cs 36 is not able to load my user profile. even after i enter the real password for it. can u please tell me wht should i do to make it load my user profile because i have important work to finish and i cant do it without entering my profile.

either you are entering the wrong user name and password or the someone with admin rights deleted your user profile from the laptop. another possibility is that your operating system is corrupted. have you tried to enter your laptop in safe mode? if not then you should try to enter in safe to see if your user profile is good.

Hi! with respect to your words, we can clear two concepts those are, you can't login since "user profile failed" and you are no more since "user profile cannot be loaded", so we need to think about new account. please consider to enter the system in general way and later try to have new account with out error and have fine

reinstall windows.  it may be a virus disabled and destroyed the profile service, so even if you were to boot into safe mode and attempt to access windows services and turn it on and start it automatically, when you rebooted to normal operation, it would still tell you it wasn't working or that it was corrupt.  you can try a repair install and that could possibly get things back to normal, but not remove the virus.  for that, you will need to connect the hard drive to another uninfected computer and run a full scan.

Can you get into safe mode? Or use an administrator account?
Your user account is probably corrupted, so you need to create a new one ...

PS. to get into safe mode, just keep pressing F5 during startup (before the windows welcome screen)
