I think you should use Leawo DVD Creator. Leawo DVD Creator is an easy and fast DVD creator for any video to DVD
creation. It can create DVD from popular formats like AVI, MPEG, WMV,
MP4, FLV, RM, MOV, XviD, 3GP, etc., apply DVD menu from various stylish presets in customized background and music.
And the trouble you meet will never appear in this software. You can use it easy.
Go to:
Start>Search
When the search comes up, on the bottom left, you'll see "Click here to use Search Companion"
Click that, and on the left side when it comes up, click "All files and folders."
For the search criteria, type in tsbyuv.dll and "Look in" should say "Local Hard Drives (C:)"
Click search and you should be able to find it.
If it doesn't find it, change the search criteria name from "tsbyuv.dll" to "*.dll" Without quotes of course, then do the search again....once it finds all the .dll files, you can just find it by looking for the name.
"Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: <Windows root>\system32\hal.dll. Please re-install a copy of the above file."
"<Winnt_root>\System32\Hal.dll missing or corrupt: Please re-install a copy of the above file."
"Cannot find \Windows\System32\hal.dll"
"Cannot find hal.dll"
The "missing or corrupt hal.dll" error displays shortly after the computer is first started. Windows XP has not yet fully loaded when this error message appears.
CauseCauses of the "missing or corrupt hal.dll" error include, naturally, a damaged hal.dll DLL file or a hal.dll file that has been deleted or moved from its intended location.Additional causes may include a damaged or missing boot.ini file or possibly a physically damaged hard drive.
Please let me know you have any further questions or concerns.
Thanks.
Ooops...sounds like you accidentally deleted something that program requires. All you need to do is reinstall the software and it will replace any missing files.
HAL.DLL is Hardware Abstraction Layer. Dynamic Link Library.
You will need to reinstall this file for the
cd-rom to work properly. You can download the lastest version file from this web site:
