Hi ive got an eonon e1012 double din dvd player unit for my car (vw golf mk4) I can watch dvds but there is no sound atall when i put a dvd in or a cd, It did have sound when i 1st had it wen i put in a cd but i coudlnt watch dvds because i had to wire the braking wire to the black ground cable so that i could watch dvds since i have done this there is no sound on anythin any ideals??

Please double check that the dvd player isn't overheating. You also might attempt a factory reset before trying to watch dvds again. Thank you.

hiya all can any1 help ive had a new master cylinder and slave because the car would not go into gear. problem not solved. took the clutch apart foubd out that the pressure plate is pused out with a long steel rod and it pushed out the nipple part in the middle of it. same happend with the new 1 it was only in there for 3 weeks what would cause that to happen again carnt figure it out any ideas guys vw golf t reg mk4 sdi 1.9

No, it won't fit.

The Eonon E1091 is a "double din" unit that requires at least a 4" tall opening to slide into. Your Acura has a "Euro-din" opening that is only 2" tall.

If you look on e-bay, you will find many double din stereos for sale. (double din being the larger sereo, as in double the size of the single din that we consider standard size)

To fix this issue on the back of the double din touch screen#uv8020, splice the pink wire, and splice into the (black) ground wire connecting them together. This will enable you to watch dvd;s whie driving.

No need to buy anything. Just put the green wire that should be connected to brake, and connect it to ground. then you can use dvd-palyer while driving
