How do you print a power point ?

You need the PowerPoint application (part of Microsoft Office) on a computer with a printer.

If you do not have Microsoft Office, you may download the free Libre Office here: http://www.libreoffice.org/ that will allow printing both ppt and pptx files. One warning though: the presentation may look a little different when using Libre Office Impress (= the presentation program like PowerPoint).

I hope this helps!

Getting the opportunity to type #1 prompt. To hear a list of available assignments

This may be useful:

https://www.aesoponline.com/manuals/IVR%20Map%20(Substitute).pdf

You should have the option for #1 as listed in the above file. It sounds like something is wrong with your account and you need to contact your school district Aesop administrator.

You can also use a program like Sub Sidekick that automatically logs into your Aesop account and checks for jobs. It then sends you a text message, email, and/or audio alert when it finds a job. That way you don't have to call in to find jobs. http://www.subsidekick.com/aesoponline.php

Hi!

Instead of MS Office suite you can use the fully free OPEN OFFICE.ORG.
Please google for openoffice.org and you will get to the download.
It is a suite similar to MS Office, fully compatible with the MS file formats.
It containg among other programs the IMPRESS software similar to POWERPOINT. It offers even more features than POWERPOINT, example: making PDF from presentations.

Hope it helped,

I need to be able to put lesson plans into powerpoint form at home.

If you don't have PowerPoint at home you can use Google Docs to create a PowerPoint presentation, and then download it for use at school. You can also download and install OpenOffice, a free office program that is very compatible with Microsoft Office apps.
