If your machine adapter that hooks up to your sink faucet has 4 white plastic jaws on the interior where the faucet adapter fits then you can get a rebuild kit that will include those plastic jaws, the seal, a spring, and a new retainer clip.. after a period of time those jaws wear and will no longer grip the metal adapter securely..
if i had the model number of your unit i could look that up for u, but you can probably go to sears.com or wherever you might buy appliance parts locally and they can look it up and provide them for you.. if not let me know, i have some at the shop, just not here at home with me. i'm sure if necessary we could look up, sell, and ship them to you but with shipping the cheap little part gets sorta spensive from here in ny.
best of luck,
ttfn

Hi. I bought the SPT Model 206343600 for my daughter. She has a pull out faucet, not your typical faucet. Can this dishwasher still be used?

NO you can’t. These are portable dishwashers that hook to the sink. In order for the quick connect to fit on the faucet, it must be a American Standard faucet. The pull out kind won’t fit on the faucet and no adapter is made.

Connector to sink spout won't hold

Hi Gerald, I'm assuming you have the adapter on, so check the bearings inside the unit and make sure they aren't frozen in place, a little WD40 will loosen them so they don't stick, and use a small prod to get them moving again. It could also be the adapter itself has worn out it's useful life, they are relatively inexpensive, so replacing that could also be an option. Hope this helps, Please rate and comment Thank You Joe

My Maytag Qriet Series 100 Dishwasher won't drain

Check the drain hose connection at the sink drain for local blockage. If ok, you may have to tear down the lower spray arm assembly down to the deck (noting orientation and position as you remove parts). Look for clogged screens and clogged openings in the deck. You can use a vacuum hooked to 'blow' to make sure these openings are clear. Wash the screens in hot water, detergent, and white vinegar to remove water and food deposits. Make sure upper and lower spray arms have open spray holes and no split seams. Hope this gets you running again!

I have a Maytag M7DH65B2A. I hooked up a hose to

Had the same problem. Make sure you tighten the house a little with pliers. Also, make sure the dehumidifier is up a lot higher than where you're draining it into. Mine drains into a utility sink. But I have the dehumidifier propped up onto a dresser. I cut a small piece of hose to run into the sink. Seems to be working now.

It will take 5 min or so to establish a water flow, so be patient after you hook everything up. Good luck.

Water is leaking into the dishwasher when it was not on. The water is really dirty and fills over time. How do I make it stop? It is not on automatic or on at all.

Hi, The water is dirty, do you think it is water draing back into the d/w from the sink? You need to raise the dishwasher drain hose that hooks up to the sink. Make sure the highest point of the drain hose is over the connection where the drain hose hooks to.
If it was fresh water filling the dishwasher, the water would be clean.
Please let me know if this helps you at all or if I can assist you further.

Thanks
Vic
