For this issue you have to change the Sim card which you are using in your mobile as this issue is with your network service provider and not with your phone, Once chnaged you will be able to connect to GPRS

GPRS settings usually are default.When your phone synchronises with the network, it also synchronises the GPRS settings.
Incase you are facing some sort of difficulty, call up the airtel customer service and ask them to activate your GPRS.They'll do so by sending you a service message that you have to accept.The service msg synchronises your GPRS.That's about it.
