Unfortunately, there is no way around that. It is a temporary internal Yahoo error. It should resolve itself. Log out and log back in to see if it is resolved. If you can't get in after a couple hours, call the Yahoo customer care number: 408-349-1572 (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST) and inform them of the issue.

generally this error will remove by itself... first of all close the outlook and try again using the email using yahoo mail thru ur browser ..this will solve the issue....
You need to open outlook,
Click Tools --> Accounts (Sometimes Services)
Highlight the account and click properties or change
Now look at the advanced settings --> there is an option to delete emails from the server which you have to set to stop repeat downloads. Set tis to 5 days as your ISP is set to keep for 4 days.
As you have not set this value each time outlook tries to download any emails left on the server,
