When I turn on my computer, the screen(DAEWOO)shows no signal,the light stays orange?

Hi , I suggest check the display video input configuration via the on-screen display menu as per the appropriate computer mainboard video out mode

Vizio TV model E371VL turned on ok and had tv show on ch.4.
Turned on the DVD player and put movie dvd in and closed tray.
We have done thhis numerous of times and never had a problem.
This time " HDMI " was showing on top right of black screen,
then " No Signal " came up on screen, then went completely black screen. Called Vizio, they had me power off and unplug set.
Push and Hold power button on TV for 30 sec. to reset.
Replug set and Vizio (lighted) on lower front of set lighted normally dull orange. Pushed power button on remote and when set did not come on, then push main power button on side of TV. Nothing, no White " Vizio " from orange light. Is this a power supply (0500-0412-1020) problem ? Thanks, Sidney ([email protected])

The monitor has failed, it is almost always cheaper to replace it than fix it.

Is the projector receiving a source signal? if not it will power itself down after whatever time you have it set to do so when no signal is present.
Just an idea?

Replace the entire DAC board (board with power suplly going into it) for easiest solution.

The light turning to orange means the monitor is not getting a signal from the computer. Check your monitor cable at both ends and make sure it is in very tight and secure at the computer end as well. Also check to see if the computer stays on when the light goes to orange on the monitor. The power cord for the computer might be loose.

The problem is not with your screen. Its the problem of Video Card of your system which is unable to send Video Signals to the Screen.

The power light turning orange means the monitor isn't getting a signal from the computer. Or the monitor has a problem. If the screen shows light in the corners, the inverter is working. (If the inverter stops there is no light at all.)

The first thing to try is connecting another monitor to make sure your computer is actually starting up. If that monitor also shows nothing, you have a computer issue to take care of. Otherwise the monitor needs service.

How old is the computer? Make sure that the power light comes onto the monitor when you plug it in, should be orange and then turn green when video card syncs with it when PC is turned on. If you are getting black screen when PC is powered on:
1. Bad video card
2. Bad video cable
3. Bad monitor
1Solution: Try using a different monitor attached to this same PC and see if it works. If it does, then its the monitor, its cable, or its power supply. If it doesn't work, then its the video card or the video cable coming from monitor.
