Hi! To integrate your mail id you need to activate Blackberry services. You can integrate your mail id's by:
1.Go to Main menu
2.Click on Email settings Icon
3.Click on the email address text
4.Enter your email address using keypad
5.click on password text box
6.Enter your email password
7.Click on next
Your mail id will be configured and you will get Email account icon.

You have to ALSO change your password with your cell provider's records. They use your Yahoo password you provided to them when your blackberry was set up to read your email and forward it to the blackberry.

Call your provider for help.

You receive the following message on your BlackBerry smartphone:
This email account is no longer accessible by your BlackBerry handheld. This issue is likely caused by a recent change to the password used to access this account.

To resume receiving email from this address, log in to your BlackBerry Internet Service account and verify the password is correct for this email account.

Log in to your BlackBerry Internet Service account
Under the Services menu, click E-mail Accounts
Click the Edit icon for the associated account
Update the password information in the Password field and click Save. Click OK
