my laptop mouse pad automatick working with any tauch we try to attache extrnal mouse but smillar problem so what can we do now. please tell about this problem

Uninstall any mouse software via Add/Remove programs (inside Control Panel); allow Windows to install standard program or install mouse software supplied by manufacturer of your laptop. Should be fine then.
