My laptop mouse are automatick working

It could be that your laptop is "smart" so basicly when you have the wireless mouse attached it disables the mousepad. But for more troubleshooting go to Controlpanel----> mouse to figure it out. Keep your head cool and try diffrent things out with logic.

Return the laptop to the place of purchase, the sensor pad has failed, or device driver issue.

See if you have a driver problem with the mouse. You can check this in device manager. You you see problem, then update driver. If you don't see driver problem just try updating the driver. If this fails then you might have a bad mouse pad. There is a small board that controls the mouse pad. Take to local shop to have it replaced. Good luck

try to install the latest firmware from dell website, also open the keyboad clean it and re assemble the data cable

if you plug usb keyboard onto your laptop it will probably turn the touch pad off.
If no other keyboard is attached there is usually a switch to turn off the touch pad.
also if you attach a mouse this may disable the touchpad so you dont move the mouse pointer when you are typing

Has the mouse lock been applied.
Press and hold the "FN" key and then press "F9" this should unlock the mouse and touch pad.
Failing that try updating the drivers for both using the device manager as I have found that recent updates have disabled my touch pad and I have rolled back the drivers to the previous ones.

Try going to Toshiba's support page and re-install the driver for the touchpad. If this does not work. You may need to replace the touchpad itself.

the touch pad could have simply failed, most OS will interpret the mouse pad as a mouse to make it work, so if its gone its most likely not working, I mouse attached to a usb or one of the ps 2 connections might give you a mouse back temp you can replace most mouse pads.

sounds like your keyboard connector has come loose, these eyboard units are actually a seperate keyboard and mouse pad built into one unit, so the mouse's electronics are seperate,

you may also want to check the connector to see if there are any broken/bent pins in the connector (sometimes happens, when accidently unplugged)
