with the radio of press and hold the 1 and 5 button then turn the power on the radio will display a serial number. call an acura dealer and tell them you need a radio code looked up. if they tell you they want to charge you for it call another dealer or tell them you run an autobody shop. it takes them less than 5 minutes to look it up
When you purchased the vehicle, there should have been an unlock code in the manual or on a card. This unlock code is related to the serial and model number of your stereo. If you lost it, contact Buick to get the code again.
Check the glove box in your car and look for a card that carry the code. If there's no card, pull the radio out and get the serial number on the side and then contact the manufacturer or the dealer and ask them the unique code for that specific serial number. They are the people that could only provide you the code.
The radio code that you need is also called the "Anti-theft" code. This code is unique with every car radio so that it would become useless once stolen.

If this still does not work you need to call the dealer! If your Vehicle was not purchased at a hyundai Dealership do not tell them so they do not refer you to the car dealer . If you describe your problem they should give you the Code over the phone… Make sure you call the 1-800 number Remove the stereo and look along the top edge of your stereo and you will see a small sticker with your serial number on it. Write this number down. If you did buy your vehicle from hyundai Dealership Write down your VIN #. Call your local dealership and give them your information They SHOULD give you your code,
Have you tried calling you nearest Honda dealer? Give them the V.I.N number of vehicle, they should be able to supply code if unit is original to this particular vehicle.
