What should i set my torque wrench to, i have a 2004 MINI Cooper, non s, and stock wheels, i need the toque settings

You will need to purchase cam locks that bolt to the top of the head to set, should have a crank lock pin also. Usually if you do this you will also need cam bolts as they are one time used. Angle torque gauge and a torque wrench.You can find the how to on youtube.

Torque specifications

You have the wrong size Torque Wrench. IF you Torque Wrench measures nm, and it max'd out @ 130, you need a larger Torque Wrench. Convert nm to Ft. Lb and use these if necessary.

Unless your racing, tight is good enough, but if your not mechanical enough to know, take it in. If you get a flat tire, are you going to use a torque wrench? Go to Sam's club, they do it back words. Torque specs for spark plugs

You don't need to torque spark plugs. Just make them tight. I usually add never-seize on the threads but I have never once torqued spark plugs.
