Faulty handle i have a bugaboo frog black and the handle will not lock into place so i cant get up a curb as the handle just flies forward can you help do you no the problem

The Cameleon, Frog and Gecko all use the same parts inside the hubs. Most common problem is the locking rods fail (little aluminum dog leg shaped thingies). The chassis is locked by the seat or bassinet unit clicking down onto the black prongs that stick up from the central hubs. It would be mechanically impossible for the front wheel assembly to swing back if the seat was fully engaged into the hub as it has a large plastic block that fits into the hubs to lock them. Remove the seat check for any obvious damage, spray some silicone spray on the prongs and the square white lock buttons. Wipe of excess with a paper towel than try to fit seat again.

There are two white buttons on the handle near the top. Pulling them upward releases the handle so you can fold down or reverse handle postion.

ya take it into www.buggypitstop.co.uk the are the only people inthe uk that repairs the handle everywhere else they will quote you around £200 pounds to replace the handle

Don't worry, this is normal. Once you lock the seat into place, the front bar stays put, even if you hop a curb.
