It may be that your presser foot is not alligned with the cutter. This is the problem that I am trying to solve now. My presser foot is not lining up with the blade and it does what yours do. ok then nothing.I have changed the needles and cleaned it and oiled it. I have taken apart the foot and assembled it and when I put it back on it wont allign to the blade and the book is NO HELP at all. I won't pay for an answer but when i get it i'll lpass it on to you. OK.

I need to thread my White Superlock 1924D were can I find on the internet

White sergers (Superlocks) and sewing machines were made by Singer. Singerco.com has many of the manuals available as a free download: http://www.singerco.com/support/instruction-manuals .

However, I've never heard of a White 1924D. Did you give the correct model number? The threading diagrams for the 1934D is in part 1 of that machine's manual start on page 18. The direct link to this manual is here: http://www.singerco.com/uploads/download/982_sl-1934d,2000-a-x.pdf .

Most White Superlock machines have very similar threading directions. I hope this helps.

White Superlock serger continually breaking needles

First take all the thread out of the machine. Put in new needles and run the machine slowly by hand and see if there is a problem with timing. If the needle hits and bends or breaks... take it in to be timed. If the needle don't hit....

Make sure you are properly threading this thing. Unlike a sewing machine which gives you some leeway, Sergers must be threaded in a certain order. Typically, upper looper, lower looper, right needle left needle. If you break a thread you can't just rethread that thread... you have to start from the beginning.

You might check singerco.com for the manual for this thing. They have most of white's manuals online they are identified by a W before the serger model number.

Lost manual for my white superlock serger model 2500

This may be another phone number to the same place, I'm not sure. But I lost my White serger manual, I called White Sewing customer Service at 800-331-3164, and they sent me to a website where I could download it for free. She searched for a minute, so it may vary by model, but I was directed to singerco.com and searched under manuals for "wsl734" for my White superlock 734dw. Wanted to share!

My white 2000 serger is dropping the thread on the first needle when I sew with it- the loopers, both upper and lower are working correctly in conjunction with the "right upper" needle. I have changed...

Could be as simple as poor quality thread (not using MaxiLock thread), the needles not inserted properly (the left is slightly higher than the right), a missing stitch forming pin on the needle plate, the needle bar being too high or a looper timing issue.

As the needles raise, the upper looper should move to the right with the right needle tip slightly above the eye of the looper.

Manual needed for white 734dw superlock eclectronic serger

I talked to custom service at White Sewing Company at 800-331-3164 and they directed me to a website to download the manual for free. Go to www.singerco.com and search for "wsl734" (white superlock 734). It probably has other manuals but I wouldn't have known what model number to search if she hadn't told me.

White Sewing superlock 1934D

I don't know how you rethread after the thread breaks but my wife has had 3 or 4 sergers and has found that if a thread breaks you MUST unthread and start at the beginning and not just try to rethread the one that has broken or you will have trouble.
