no; the pressure supplied by the fuel pump should easily purge any air.it won't hurt to hold the accelerator at a position of high idle on initial start-up.
Most likely is your idle speed timing, there is either an adjusting screw, or you need the dealership to place a diagnostic tool on there threw the computer to set it down some.
these O2 sensors are cat convertor check sensors. id be checking cat convertors and hopefully you should try replacing if not all ready is the front bank 2, O2 sensor
if you have scanner can you see fuel trims in data display to confirm high fuel trim only on bank 2 either +-5 or more indicates problem and if bank 2 sensor 2 has fixed high 700mv reading cat no good(warm idling)
just besides the air filter over the air intake there is small screw rotate it anticlockwise and see if the rpm comes down or else change the iac (idle air control motor) immediately.
