Cannot get up and running. says "no audio...no video". Where I bought it, they said, plug in and go. Set to NIMIQ, but Intelstar(??) keeps coming up. Getting frustrated.
I was uploading the fix file and after that i am getting 4 dashes ---- on my receiver. How to fix this
I have sat ultra 2000 have some file store in my disk when I download to receiver by mistake I klick the file fix. I put the power off and remove my cable put the power on I have some problem that Receiver constantly on and off and I try to download the file I can't because the power does not stay and there is no line or 0 digit please help me

Try turn off rear switch,set for 1 miN<TURN ON <PUT IN FACTORY DEFAULT REDO ALL STEPS TOO UPDATED FILE<OR MAY HAVE TOO DO A FLASH FAIL FIX<INSTALL FACTORY BIN<INSTALL ANTENNAS<INSTALL CHANNELS<INSTALL UPDATED FILE<LET ROLL IF NEED BE WATCH TV>
I fixed my sat. It is very easy. Just plug you reciever to PC through Serial cable and download latest firmware file from viesat website.-:)
