You will have to reset the motherboard. Bit tricky on a laptop as difficult to get to. Try and find the reset switch usually 2 pins that you have to short out and this resets the mother. Unfortunately you have to take the laptop apart. Take it apart bit by bit till you can access the motherboard. Even if you took the battery out and let the onboard battery drain out, you may still have the password, and my take months to drain the onboard battery.

you need to open your laptop, you will find it on the motherboard, near the battery you will find the CMOS reset jumper or switch.
