Vizio TV has not listed with any of Big Button remote control setup codes. OK.

I have provided instructions on programming the remote to your Dynex TV. I have included the codes for your TV. We do not have codes for the Universal remote. You need to contact Phillips to see if they have codes that you can use. I hope this helps.

Address remote to TV:

Remotes: Basic (Television Only)

1. Turn the Television On.
2. Press and hold the TV Power button for three seconds until the LED flashes.
3. Enter the three-digit code using the buttons on the number pad.
4. Press OK. Note: The LED will flash three times.
5. Test functionality with the TV.
6. Return to Step 2 if the remote is not able to turn the TV On/Off, change the volume and mute the television.

1. Turn on the device that you want to set.

2. Look for the brand name under the specific device listing provided.

(Note: You will notice that some brands will have more than one 3-digit code. During the

code input process, you may have to try more than one 3-digit code that will match your

device brand and model.)

3. Aim the remote control at the device and press down and hold CODE SEARCH button for

at least 3 seconds until the red LED lights up solid red.

4. Press the device button for the item you wish to program, e.g. TV, DVD, VCR, etc. and the

LED light will blink once and then remain solid red.

5. Using the number keys, enter the 1 st set of 3-digit codes from the list. You will notice

that each number that you press, the LED will blink once. After you have entered the

3rd digit, the red LED will turn off indicating that the code was recognized for the device.

(NOTE: If the code entered was not compatible, the red LED will flash several times.

You will then need to repeat Step 3. You have 30 seconds to enter a code.)

6. After the red LED light has turned off. Press the ON/OFF key. If the device you are trying

to program powers off, then you have found the correct code. If the device does not

power off, then you will need to repeat the process again from Step 3, using another

3-digit code.
7. Make a note of the 3-digit code for future use.

Without knowing the specific model number for your remote, try the following procedure. It's the one common to many of the One For All Universal Remote models which enables a code search from a library contained within the remote.

SEARCHING FOR YOUR TV CODE

1. On the remote control, press TV once.
2. Press and hold SETUP until the LED blinks twice, then release SETUP.
3. Enter 9 - 9 - 1.The LED will blink twice.
4. Aim the remote control at the TV and slowly alternate between pressing POWER and TV. Stop when the TV turns off. This means the remote has found the code for your TV.

NOTE: In the search mode, the remote control will send IR codes from its library to the selected device, starting with the most popular code first. You may have to repeat the procedure in Step 4 several times before your remote finds the code for your TV.

5. To lock in the code, press and hold SETUP until the LED blinks twice, then release SETUP.
6. To search for the codes of your other devices, repeat steps 1 through 5, but substitute the appropriate device key for the device for which you are searching.

Have you tried the searching for your code option on the 15-2147?
for example, turn on your Emerson LC200EM8( press the appropriate key on your remote, if this is a TV.#1.press the tv key on your remote)..#2.Press and hold the little 'p' key till the LED lite,on the remote, blinks twice..#3..then enter 9 9 1.(the led should blink twice).#4.Aim and..Press the Power off on the remote....(the remote will start sending IR codes from its library to the selected device, starting with the most popular.)#5..If the TV responds go to step 6..if not, press the CH+ button, until it does...step #6 when device responds, to lock in the code, press 'p' once, the LED blinks twice.
Once you have your number locked in,,,you can get the remote to tell you what sequence the code is in by #1Press the appropriate key on the remote.(i.e, TV press the TV key ....Dvd player or VCR, then press that key). (Note: make sure you are aiming the remote at the device so the IR(infrared) enters the device.) Step #2 Press and hold the 'p' key(upper right corner of controller) until LED blinks twice, then release....Step #3 enter the code 9 9 0 ..the LED lite blinks twice. ..Step#4 to get the first number of the code press th e number 1 on the controller...the LED will blink the once for 1 //twice for 2...three times for3...etc...write down how many times the LED blinks(if it doesnt blink the first number of the code is 0) Repeat step #4 to get the remaining numbers, i.e. for the second mumber of the code enter 2...third number enter 3...till you have all four numbers.( when done you can press a different device key to get you off... then press the right device key for your device to operate it remotely.
