Hi, I have bought a second hand roger black silver cross trainer and I do not have any instructions, also the bolt that holds the front post together is missing and the tension dial does not seem to work can I adjust the tension in side the front post! Please can you help. Kind Regards Janet

Hi, my roger black cross trainer has developed a really loud squeak. I have put grease on the visible parts on the arm and foot joints to no joy. Any ideas?

You need to isolate the noise by listening with a stethoscope, a sonoscope or something similar to discover which is the noisy joint (are you sure it is the machine and not one of your joints?).

If a joint has no running clearance there will be no room for grease or oil and the joint might have to be dismantled and eased before lubricant will have a chance to work. This isn't unusual where metal and plastic meet as although durable, plastic isn't the most stable of materials.

My roger black cross trainer computer works but I can't get it to record the rpm or distance? Its obviously not picking up the revolutions on the wheel, Any ideas as I don't know what the device look like?

If look closely on the flywheel usually you will see a magnet inserted in that flywheel the sensor is normally attached to and adjoining frame rectangular in shape with lead coming off of it.
