Now you have to sync your iPad with your computer. With the 30 pin to usb connector that came with your iPad. When you hook up your iPad to your computer iTunes should automatically pop up with the iPad sync page when that happens choose sync from the page and wait until it's done.

Here are a few troubleshooting things you can try!
- Make sure that you aren't using an old version of the application.. Check the app store and check to see if there's an update available! Many online applications require you to have the latest version to use them.
- It can also be a flaw in the application, so you might want to look up the application on the iTunes Store and read the recent reviews to see if anyone else is having the same problem as you.
- I suggest deleting the application on your iPad, and then reinstalling by syncing your iPad to your computer. If the application is already synced to your computer, deleting it and resyncing after you delete it should allow you to reinstall it and it may work then.
- Also, make sure that the internet is connected on your iPad! I'm assuming this is a web-based game so it may not work when not connected to the internet.
- Finally, sometimes applications like this do not work if it has not been updated for the version of iOS that you have. Check your version on your iPad by opening the settings app on the home screen, then click General > About > And scroll down and you will see the version number. Look up the application on the iTunes store and make sure that you have above the version that is shown.
Good luck! :)

I have a iPad Pro and my screen has changed from a full screen to one that us 1/2 full what is my problem

How to Turn Off Split Screen on iPad Split View is enabled by default on the iPad. To utilize the feature, you can drag an app from your dock to the right or left edge of your screen to open the app on a portion of the screen. If you have multiple apps open and want to close one without turning off the Split Screen or Multitasking functions in settings, you can return to a full-screen view of a single app by dragging the edge of the app you want to remove to the edge of the screen.

If, however, by "getting rid of split screen on iPad" you mean turning the feature off completely, that's something you can do in Settings. To turn off split screen on the iPad:
  • Open the Settings app on your iPad.
  • Tap General.
  • Select Multitasking & Dock.
  • Toggle off Allow Multiple Apps.
How to Get Rid of Split Screen in Safari on iPad Using split screen in Safari on iPad was a new multitasking feature for iOS 10 that continues in iOS 12. This allows you to open two separate Safari web pages simultaneously on your iPad. To start, open Safari on the iPad. You can then open a second Safari tab in split screen in one of four ways:
  • Tap and hold a link; select Open in Split View.
  • Tap Command+N on an external hardware keyboard to invoke Split View.
  • Drag a tab from its space to either the left or right side of the screen to open it in split screen.
  • Tap and hold the icon that opens your tabs view in Safari. It looks like two overlapping squares. When you tap and hold, options will pop-up. Select Open Split View.
But what if you want to get rid of split screen in Safari? What if you're done using the two tabs-how do you turn split screen on the iPad off? To close split screen in Safari on your iPad, you can do one of the following things:
  • Drag the tab(s) from one of the screens to the other. Once the last tab has been dragged to the opposite side, Safari will return to full screen, which will turn off split screen.
  • Or, you can tap and hold the tabs icon, which looks like two overlapping squares. Then select Merge All Tabs. This will merge all your Safari tabs back into a single window, which gets rid of split screen.

My words game is frozen for 2 days now. How to fix

This just let me know that your iPad is on IOS 8.0 or later, I feel sorry for you since it is the worst IOS ever develop.
Let's try a few things here:
1. Double tap the home button in order for the multitasking window to show up. Drag all the open apps up to remove them, not deleting, don't worry.
2. If that doesn't work, instead of turning the iPad off and on, press and hold the home and power button together until it shut off and displays the apple logo, once you see the apple logo, you can let go.
Good luck.

Why does browser keep closing when logged in. To Facebook

That is impossible to answer without knowing the version of iPad, the version of iOS, and whether or not you are using an App or the website. If everything is up-to-date, app-wise and iOS-wise, my suspicion would the the age of the iPad. My original iPad will crash/close Safari, now, when the website I'm attempting to view is too complicated or wants to load lots of different little fiddly bits. Age, Safari version, and iOS version.

Ios 5 download

iOS cannot be downloaded with safari
There are two ways to update the iOS version of your iPad 2:
- via connecting the device to iTunes on a computer
- or directly from within the device
but only since iOS 5 it is possible to update the iOS version without the need to connect the iOS device to a computer (over-the-air update)
just go to: settings - general - software update

Ever since I downloaded Apple's latest iPad update my orientation lock has become a mute lock and I can't stop my orientation from moving. Any ideas?

In order to use orientation lock with the new update:
  1. Double-click the iPad's home button, bringing up the multitasking menu with all programs you are currently running.
  2. Swipe your finger to the left while in the multitasking area.
  3. The orientation lock is now controlled through a software feature rather than the physical mute button.
  4. Tap the orientation lock icon (circular arrow furthest to the left) to engage it.
  5. In this menu you can also quickly change brightness settings and music controls.
A new feature rumored in iOS 4.3 (the next iOS iteration) will allow for the iPad's user to set whether the physical button controls orientation, or act as a mute switch.
