This worked for me: First, download drivers from http://hacktherazr.com/guide.setup.usb.html. Second, download p2kCommander from http://www.somelifeblog.com/ Get version 4.9.E.

Follow instructions for driver exe at the first website. Run P2k. I got error and Win2000 exited the prog. Start it again. Open phone directory called "a" and see all files and directories. Further instructions on both those web sites. Good luck.

Transfer pictures from phone to computer. FIFO spam for years on FIXYA.

I found an easy step by step to do this.
  1. Connect the USB cable to the computer and the phone.
  2. In the phone: When you attach the USB cable to the phone, a USB connection window appears, Select File transfer.
  3. On the computer: Open My Computer and your phone will be visible as a removable disk.
  4. Double-click the removable disk.
  5. Here you will find specific folders (depending on your phone model) where your pictures are stored.
  6. Drag and drop or copy and paste the picture from this folder to a folder on your computer.
  7. Disconnect the phone from the USB cable.
The picture is now transferred to your computer.

Hope this helps
