Likely shutting down on thermal protection. Bad motor. Capacitors are fairly cheap, try that as Steve suggested.

SOURCE: Replacing a blower motor on a TRANE unit
Look on the motor it self or website that motor.! Thank -you-very-much!
SOURCE: blower will not kick on
The a-coil froze because of no air flow.
Let the motor cool down.
Then,
Check the capacitor to the blower motor.
If it is good, replace the blower motor.

You probably have a shorted starting capacitor. Unless you are familiar with this kind of electrical repair, you should leave this to a professional.
SOURCE: have an older Trane furnace. no 'board' just
If you do not have a fan board you have a fan limit switch. That brings the fan on about 120 and off at 90. It is located in the middle of your heat exchanger. Check across with voltmeter when you turn it on. If you have voltage after it runs for a while its bad. Or just jumper across it and see if afan comes on. They just go bad. Pick one up at HVAC supply house or you can order on line. If you have an electronic thermostat. On the back it has a switch that says gas or el switch to electric and the fan will come on with furnace. Rus but you still need to change fan limit this will just get you thru till you get it.
SOURCE: room blower motor is not
I would say the motor is froze/locked up, Need to buy a new motor, all the information is on the motor itself. if this motor does have a capacitor I would replace that first. Good Luck Tim
