Cant seem to send or recive picture messages after moving fromm EE to Sky

i assume your phone service allows picture messages (if your not sure check into it). try refreshing the device (turn it off then back on), if not, then turn off, take battery out for 30 seconds and reinsert, then try again. if it still doesn't work, make sure there is enough space on your memory card to recieve pictures. also make sure that you have internet access to send pics, they will not send with just regular phone signal like a text will. does the phone show that you have a picture message in the inbox, but won't let you open it? it may be the wrong format for your phone. if you have a picture and good signal etc but it won't send, it may again be the wrong format or it may be too large. even if you took the pic with the phones camera, it may still be too large to send (seems stupid, but i had a phone like that)

I belive that the problem is that this an unlocked phone and the settings might have been changed. So the solution is for you to call your cell phone carrier and ask them for the settings and then it should work.

call your carrier and tell them you need your new phone configured. they'll send a few texts to it and it'll be done.
call from another line if you can when you do this.

Hi to send and recive picture texts you will need to contact your network service provider and get them to send the MMS settings and GPRS settings to your handset, without these settings saved to your phone you will not be able to recive the picture texts, hope this helps.

contact your network provider and ask for a sim update and a gprs install message, this will sort the problem

you should call ur carrier and let them know if this issue, they should be able to fix it.

make sure your gprs and mms setting correctly. if their no setting you can call you phone operator help line ask them to send gprs and mms setting to your phone.
