How do I return a curling iron that is only for long hair. Remimgton cuurling iron

If you purchased the product online, you should have gotten a paper with the product in the box, that has their return policy in it and shipping return labels. You also want to go online to their website and there should be a button that says return items. you will have to fill out the form and then verify and submit your return.

Try putting styling gel or hairspray that is heat resistant in your hair first before curling it. but make sure products are for heat and styling first so it wont burn your hair! I have very fine hair that is straight as an arrow, and very hard to curl so before i use any curlers or curling irons, i put styling gel or mousse in it first then once I brush it out spray it again to hold the style

Delilah, if it is a new curling iron and you plug it into a known good working outlet and does not heat up, it is defective. Return it to store for replacement or refund. If it is older and out of warranty, it is probably burnt out limit switch or may need rewired with new plug and cord(probably not cost effective, unless you can test and change)

Back to where you bought it. They should replace it if its newer still

I have the same problem. On the display it shows Err which is error i think. Can someone help us please?

I have fine hair and could never get it to hold a curl, let alone a wave. But I am finally able now that I bought the Hot Tools Ceramic professional curling iron. I am really happy with it!
