try holding the button toward the wall so that you slide down it a little bit. then when you jumphold in the opposite direction. If you triple-jump (three jumps in succession) you can get higher than normal so you can prepare

The second coin is around the very middle of this stage.
It can be rather easy to miss if you take the first pipe near the middle of the stage up into the clouds.

Incase you have trouble with wall jumping I'll give you some tips.
To wall jump you just jump against the wall and hold the direction the wall is in. Mario should lean and slide against it. Press jump and you'll fly off in the other direction.
If you are between two walls you can use this technique to jump back and fourth up the walls in old video game wall jumping style.
Just alternate directions accordingly and press jump when you are on the wall.
The timing shouldn't be too hard, but remember to practice it till you get it.
don't worry about the time either, you can always try again if you want to.

if you are stuck where I think you are what you need to do is jump over the square box and then push it back onto the pressure plate. This will activate the valve higher up. You can still pull the large lever down to make the spanners work and walk over the steam pipes. Hopes this helps.

when you hit the wall press jump again to jump up the wall to the top.

i would go to the palce and try to return it if you have a promblem because every nintento has a warranty so you should be able to get a new one.
