No, the Clarion BD357MP car stereo receiver does not have Bluetooth integrated. The receiver was released in 2007, and Bluetooth integration in car stereo systems was not as common at that time as it is now.
However, you may be able to use a Bluetooth adapter to connect your phone or other Bluetooth-enabled device to the stereo. Some aftermarket Bluetooth adapters can be plugged into the auxiliary input of the stereo or connected via an FM transmitter to add Bluetooth functionality. Check the compatibility of any adapter with your Clarion BD357MP receiver before purchasing to ensure it will work properly.
Hold "D" button to enter the menu mode.
By using the previous/next button select BlueTooth menu by using the D button.
Use the volume to select auto connect.
