No it is not a scam, there is a link in the emails you are sent , you can also click your name and see the questions you have pending or posted. Also a Scam asks for something like money, we ask for nothing in return for sharing our personal leisure time with you to help with your problem, we are not employed by fixya nor do we receive any compensation for this effort.

Is American dreams lotteries a ligament company

Hello, Bobby -

Was it American Dreams Lotteries or American Dreams Sweepstakes? How were you notified you had won? Were you told you had to pay some money before claiming your prize?

I have found no business named "American Dreams Lotteries" in the USA or any other posts (for the USA) about "American Dreams Lotteries", other than the US Federal government lotteries for immigrant entry visas to the USA..

I have found reports online about scams from "American Dreams Sweepstakes" in the USA.

Personal opinion: If you do not recall entering a sweepstakes or lottery and / or if the whole thing sounds too good to be true, don't trust it.

Fixya volunteer answerer Steve is correct about this website. I only chose to answer as a kindness.

Best wishes.

I got this pull tab in the mail from Ford car sales it shoes I won money just wonder if its real or just a way to scam me into buying a car

Hello, Don -

The piece of printed marketing material you received from a Ford car sales dealership may really have stated that you MAY have won money or may have been deceptive in another manner. Read it, slowly, again. It may be a type of bait and switch advertising.

It is most likely a method to attract you and others into the the car dealership sales room.

Read the information here:
https://idoubtit.wordpress.com/2016/05/27/you-didnt-win-jackpot-scams-from-the-car-dealer/

Personal opinion: If you are not in the market for a car, then do not fall for the marketing pull tab sent in the mail.

By the way, your question landed in the Fixya.com category of Computers & Internet.

Plus, Fixya.com is intended as a website for asking and answering questions on how to go about REPAIRING THINGS.

I chose to answer your question because I am a librarian by profession (retired). We received similar questions to yours from library customers who wanted to know if similar promotions were not scams.

Best wishes.

Why are you scamming people

not sure why you think we're scamming people. you ask a question, we answer.

if you haven't paid us anything, we don't ask for anything so it's you who are scamming.

if you've asked a question that hasn't received an answer there could be reasons for that.
a) you haven't give any information (as in this post)
b) people are looking up the answer for you because you can't be bothered

do not make serious accusations against people helping you out of the goodness of their hearts for no reward without providing evidence or it could backfire on you

back up your claim or go away and keep your accusations to yourself!! if you have a valid claim I will back you all the way.

the very fact that it requests money is a bad scam and one that you will do well to delete it immediately
by answering it you have already told them that the address is good and a virus to collect details may already be installed
this scam is well documented on scam forum notification sites

Cant log in to my yahoo e mail

A Google search found this:

Best Answer: Yahoo and IE seem to be incompatible right now at medium to high cookie settings. You may access Yahoo Mail with a different browser, such as Firefox. Just type yahoo.mail.com in the address bar. I am able to get through with Firefox, and I hope you can too.

Or, you can set your cookies at the lowest possible setting, and that should work too. It "ires" me to have to do this, but at least it will help you get your emails if you are browsing with Internet Explorer. You can always reset your cookies after accessing your email.
