The piece of printed marketing material you received from a Ford car sales dealership may really have stated that you MAY have won money or may have been deceptive in another manner. Read it, slowly, again. It may be a type of bait and switch advertising.
It is most likely a method to attract you and others into the the car dealership sales room.
