I hope I am safe to assume your receive emails from BioNews.
If so, there should be a link to UNSUBSCRIBE near the bottom of the emails. Open an email from BioNews, scroll down the email and find the UNSUBSCRIBE link.
Click on the UNSUBSCRIBE link and follow the onscreen directions.
Note: For some services, it can take several weeks for the unsubscribe request to go through.
I am not sure what service you wish to cancel a subscription to. Usually, you contact customer support of the particular service, or click an unsubscribe link in an email from the service, or click a link on a sign in page that proceeds to unsubscribe you. Such seems to cover the case for everything from Amazon Prime to Book Depository.
Fixya is a free service. I don't think it contacts you at all unless you post a query. Even then, you simply get a link to a response in email. If you are a volunteer answering questions, you do get Fixya emails related to your efforts. I suppose you might contact [email protected] if you wished to bring that to a halt.
You might google "cancel subscription to" whatever service you are disposing of and see what pops up.
I had the same problem with cel phone cahrges. My where texts that cost me .95 a pop. I called my carrier (verizon) and they texted me the number I needed to unsubscribe to the toll texts I was receiving. Hope this helps.
