thats because they operate with android system. You have to try delete some of your unuseless files and then try to download. Or see the options in downloading mode (where to: phone or mem. card)
I had that problem in the past, All I did was downloading the version I was running on the phone as a zip file, I put in a Micro sd card then I put it on the phone, held down the v.downd b and p.buttong and I installed it successfully. and Boom It worked
well what you want to do is download the updated software. and try not to have to much stuff saved to the phone's memory because it makes it run slow. so your my best answer is buy a micro sd card the more memory the better, and then download the updated software for your phone.
Try using your USB cable go back to the file you downloaded to your phone and delete em. 5610 can be opened even its off by using nokia pc suit. You might had accidentally downloaded stuffs in the phone memory instead of the memory card or the downloaded stuffs are not supported or it has a virus! Basically when phone freezes its because of full memory or a virus!
The card needs to be formated by the camera itself. It should be an option in the menu somewhere. Wish I could be more specific but I dont have a rebel. Remember though formatting erases pictures pictures so if you have anything on the card you will want to get that stuff saved before formatting.
you dont need to buy a card you just need to go to your tmobile store, and put money into your account... for example if you want to get a ring tone ($2.75) then deposit $2.75 and you could buy it with no problem :)
