Radio works touch screen doesn't - Cell Phones

its touch panel is faulty need to be replaced.

Are you check fuses? and harnesses connections.

I have same issue, the shade work with the touch screen from radio but the rear button on the back between the heated seat button dont work. please help if you know, i have a 2013 300s v6.

it is clearly that your touch screen is damaged.... i recommend you to buy a new touch screen and replace it....

here are various problems the lg ks660 touch screen could encounter. if your phone's touch screen has not developed any cracks, it could have damaged the touch interface internally, i would suggest getting your phone checked at nearest Samsung authorized service centre
