I have tried to access my yahoo account and have been unable to open it,I'm being told that it can't be oened due to a web problem

Can you get your Yahoo account on another computer?
Sounds like malware in your browser. You might run Spybot search and destroy, then CCleaner (both free)

When you will open the page where you enter your id & password below you will see the option "I cannot access my account. "",click there & follow the steps.your problem will be solved

Select forgot password. If you forgot your password.
Click on Next.
Enter your ID and code shown below.
Then verify your ID and reset your password.
Note make sure you provide the correct details.

Since few days I am unable to view my inbox due to this error, however I can log in to my account. Again while trying to contact Customer care, the verification 2 page is coming redundantly again and again....... Plz help as soon as possible........

upgrade to the latest internet explorer version, right now theres IE 10. get the latest Java and Flash too. If that doesn't fix it try another web browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

generally this error will remove by itself... first of all close the outlook and try again using the email using yahoo mail thru ur browser ..this will solve the issue....
