How do i play a cd in audiophase cd432m personal cd player?

Any adapter of 500mA or less will work just fine. Even if you have more current than needed, the CD player will just take whatever is needed to operate.

Have you try to clean the reading haed on the cd-player ??? you can get a cd that clean the lens. Try first with that :o)
