PXE-E61: Media text failure, check cable PXE-MOF: Exiting PXE ROM Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in Selected Boot device and press a key -

Was using boot stick to download i sunshare windows passwrd reset then as i was trying to select boot from usb drive this happened so now what do i do???????

Just disable it from the BIOS system

Probably the hard drive is dead, you can replace it yourself if your good with computer hardware. If you never did something like this i suggest to take to a computer repair shop.

It can't locate a working boot disc. Most likely lost communications with hard drive. Look in BIOS again to see it recognizes the drive. If not try re-seating / reconnecting drive.

Probably the hard drive is dead, you can replace it yourself if your good with computer hardware. If you never did something like this i suggest to take to a computer repair shop.

install new NIC drivers from your laptop manufacture's site.

It sounds like your hard disk has gone, or not being recognized by the computer... Check if it seats well in it's place.
Unfortunately, laptop HDDs don't last long these days.

My system does not boot properly

This is common when there are corrupted boot files on your HDD or your HDD has failed. You need to boot to a windows CD and repair your startup files. Alternatively you can reformat to a fresh windows install but you will lose all of your data. If the previous steps fail then it looks like you may need to replace your HDD.
