HOW LONG DOES THIS WARRANTY LAST The term of this Warranty begins on the date the product is manufactured, as indicated by the date or other serialization codes stamped directly on the product, and continues for the life of the Product (the Warranty Period). For the purposes of this warranty, product lifetimes are defined as follows:
Riflescope Product Lifetime = 30 years
Binoculars and Spotters Product Lifetime = 20 years
Laser Rangefinders = 5 years
Electro-Optics* & Electronic Components = 5 years
Trail Cameras= 2 years
I would contact them anyway. You need a new tail cap switch.

The Red (L+) and White (L-) wire on the LEFT are for the main Bright White LED. The wires on the RIGHT are for the LEDs. Black (BT=Blue LED), White, (R-= Red LED) and Red, (L+).
NOTE: I mixed up the wiring for the red and blue LEDs so you should be able to flip the black and white wires on the right-hand side but other than that everything should be good.
Those blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. If blinks continue without any pause, the main board is faulty.

If sorry to say that your Compact 600 is on its last legs. Bushnell doesn't service them anymore. I think your unit is about 7-10 years old. Parts are not available. Think about some newer technology. "Pinseeker" technology is the best!!!! They have three models with this: "The Medalist", The"Tour V2", and the all mighty "Pinseeker 1600" Prices start at $195 through $285 from the service center.Call 800.423.3537 and talk to them.......
Get a magniyfing glass and check the screw hole, make sure the threads are there. If the plastic cover is acuallly broken only bushnell will have the part.
