That's up to Walmart but most unlikely after 3 months use. The best you can hope for is a new replacement phone at no cost to you if yours is in original undamaged condition but most likely you will be up for a repair under a warranty claim.
There will be a warranty with the phone so check the terms and conditions of that specifically as it applies to the battery. If you make a claim and the battery is covered under the warranty in the time you have had it then the phone should be repaired with a new battery being fitted.
Before buying phones always check the internet on the reliability of the product you want to purchase because there is quite a bit of bad product being sold.

I recall that they are really good about warranty for defective products.
My suggestion would be to contact the customer service representative at the store where you bought the unit. A friendly "consumer oriented" approach on your part will hopefully get a reasonable response.
