That is probably a thermal safety. Be glad it did not turn on with the covers removed you can cook your self very quickly unless you are trained in servicing them.

yes you can fix it but do not extend the wire, if it is burned and need to be extended, you have to use a wire that is fireproof and not a regular wire with plastic insulation

Sounds dangerous and a fire hazard. Unplug it until you find the fault with the unit or replace the fridge.

My vacuum's belt fell off, So I fixed it. Two days later my vacuum wouldn't turn on, so I opened it up again and took out a dust ball in between the electrical wires. I turned it on and sparks and snapping sounds came form the motor. Also burning rubber smell, What wrong? Is my vacuum fixable?, or should I buy a new vacuum?

Looks like the flyback (high voltage transformer and probably the majority of the power board is kaput. It would be cheaper and probably worth your while to invest in a new TV rather than try to fix this one..

Vahid, is the display black, nothing there? Try pressing the bake and broil pads together for 3 seconds until display shows SF. Then press clock. If this doesn't work try the ERC test by doing this; Kill the power to the range for 10 seconds. Press the cooking time, delay start and number 8 pads all together. The display should show the word test. Give this a shot first....Catriver..post back.
