IF IT IS A USB MOUSE UNPLUG IT THEN PLUG IT BACK IN AFTER 5 SECS OR SO. IF THAT DON'T WORK TRY ANOTHER PORT IF IT IS A USB MOUSE. ALSO SOMETIMES OTHER DEVICES CAN CAUSE IT TO LOCK UP THAT MAY BE CONNECTED TO A USB PORT LIKE A PRINTER. MOST DESKTOPS COMPUTERS ALSO HAVE USB PORTS ON THE FRONT OR TOP OF THE MACHINE AS WELL AS THE BACK. GOOD LUCK.
IF YOUR SCREEN IS TOTALLY FROZEN THEN MORE THAN LIKELY IT IS A PROGRAM THAT IS CAUSING THE LOCKUP. THEN BOOT INTO SAFE MODE AND ROLL BACK THE REG A COUPLE OF LOGINS IF POSSIBLE. GOOD LUCK.
Turn off ur phone if you can. Connect your phone via usb to your computer and make sure your running the latest version of itunes. If you cant then just hold the top lock button and the home button until the screen turns off. Continue pressing until u see the apple icon. Release the top lock button but continue holding the home button. It should switch to an icon that shows a usb connecting to an itunes icon and will say "connect to itunes". Restore via your itunes on the pc/mac.
Okay well you have to do a full restore. Turn your itouch completely off. With it off, hold down the circle button and plug in the USB cable connected to your computer. The itouch will power on and you will see the apple, but keep holding in the circle button. After 15-30 seconds, you will see another (different) cable/itunes screen on the iphone. iTunes should then recognize that the itouch is in recovery mode and you can then do a restore. You should be good from there.
Remember, turn off the itouch. Then while its off hold down the circle button and plug it in. Keep holding down the button until the recovery screen comes up. Good luck!!

Install Samsung PC suite which can be downloaded from the Samsung Official website and with the Samsung E2130 device driver. Go to control panel, select add device, add new device, give the location to your samsung e2130 device driver and connect with your USB.
Are there clothes locked inside machine or water visible inside machine? Either machine has not drained eg.blocked drain hose or pump, or door lock broke .please reply.
