Dvd I have a Durabrand 7 inch dvd player the model number is pdv-705 when i try to watch dvd it says it is loading then it stops and it say erro disc it will not play can you help me are tell me what is the problem

My 7" DVD Player (PDV-705 by Durabrand) just keeps "loading the disc" when I put one in...it continously spins. I can not use any controls like STOP, PLAY, or anything else. The odd time I can finally get it to stop loading and I press play it will not let me do anything...it says STOP whenever I press PLAY. I have the same problem.....when I load a disk it spins and spins (seems noisy, too) then says ERR DISC and NO DISC. I have tried cleaning the disc (happens with any disc anyway) and tried a cleaning disc in the player, but it doesn't make a difference. It won't even recognize the cleaning disc.
