Amazon has two that I found quickly https://www.amazon.com/MyVolts-adaptor-compatible-Durabrand-PDV-709/dp/B00GQV4XF0 and https://www.amazon.com/KHOI1971-DURABRAND-DPX3290L-Portable-adapter/dp/B003KWDD7W . These are not Durabrand labeled but they are compatible with your DVD player.

I have a Durabrand dual screen 7" portable dvd player Model PDV-722. Has worked fine for over a year. Now it just spins and says loading. Then it will say disc error. I have tried several discs and have...

Looks like your optical sensor is gone. And considering the price of the PDV-722 replacing the optical unit is not an option. By the other hand I have a burned slave monitor and I would be happy to buy yours to complete my set, which is reading DVD's very well.

Need power cords and phone chargers

They are available on eBay for quite cheap, I just did a quick search and they can be had for under $10 including shipping. Depends on the exact model number of your unit, there wasn't a huge selection.

Durabrand portable dvd player Model: pdv-722 SERIAL: a7138900199 Charger not working

The company that made these DVD players for Wal Mart has gone out of business in November. Wal Mart is exchanging them for a player of equal or lesser value.

You could check Radio Shack to see if there is an ac adaptor that will work with your player as well.
