Hi, i have an hp officejet 7310. I had been using it through a wireless router for the past 3 years with no problems. Now it does not connect through the wireless router anymore. i did try it with the usb connection and it works fine. Help please.
First of all press the setup button on ur printer
now go to network and then print network config page (or viev network settings )
it will print a page now go ahed and note down the ip address
(now if the ip address is 0 then run wireless setup wizard through the network on the setup button it will show the network name select the network and enter the router security key if it ask )
now open internet explorer on computer and in the address bar type the ip address of the printer
and press enter it will open the printer page
now go ahed and insert the cd of printer it will open up and then click on add a device click through nnetwork and complete the installation
and try printing
