Point it at pics all pink?

Check what you have the ''white balance" set to. Should be "auto wb".

Oops, it looks like you have a couple of annoying problems with your Kodak camera.

Is your camera still in warranty by where you bought it (30 days) or the manufacturer (1 year)?

Please download new firmware:

Connect the camera with the computer.
Turn the camera on.
Click onto the link and follow the instructions.

Try and use the SCN. Mode.

Bright light is never recommended for any pics.

Contact KODAK they might have more ideas or can arrange a repair for you if needed.

Find out if the miscolouring is only appearing on the LCD or also on the pics. Is the fault in all the SCN or only when taking pics in AUTO.

Are you inserting the card directly in the printer and printing? Also how long has your printer setup without printing? If it has not been used for sometime I would suggest cleaning it with a cotton swab and finger nail polish remover where the heads are located. If you insert new print carts and it still happens after cleaning I would avoid it, simply because the cost of repair will be too high.

It's a loose connection between the CCD and motherboard - a very common problem with these cameras. Unless you have experience in camera repairs, you should give it to a local repair shop - don't let them say you it's a motherboard problem or something like that, it's 99% just a loose connection. I have repaired hundreds of these. I work in a Kodak service center.

there is too much pink in all my pics how do i fix this ive tried cleaning the cartridge and still the same ?

Sane problem with C713, the view screen is dark and gives focus warning, then the pics come out with a pink tint. I believe it is the sensor or shutter problem. Can't get any solutions either.
