E20 error code: Short or break causing incorrect resistance in winding of the circulation pump or the motor.
D10 error code: Cause: Wiring/electrical fault related to motor triac.
Action: Check wiring on/to PCB and motor. Check the triac (on the PCB).
C01 error code: Cause: Motor tacho fault.
Action: Check motor and motor tacho wiring for problems.

Reading Error Codes
1. Wake the washer by pressing any button.
2. Wait 5 seconds.
3. Press and hold the START/PAUSE and CANCEL

Check water "forreign object trap". It's under the lid at the bottom of the machine. First drain water by pulling out the hose and pull out the plug. Then unscrew the trap. Have had this E20 error twice. First it was two coins there, next it was a big paperclip. Have worked fine ever since.

I also got the error code E20 when the filter became totally blocked during the washing cycle (due to a pair of my son's old work jeans!). Once I cleaned out the filter everything worked ok again. Put a large bowl under the filter as you unscrew it; a fair amount of water could be there.
