My call of duty account wont let me login ,how do i recover e-mail , or password so i can login ????

First step is for you to recover your e-mail account
If it is Gmail or Yahoo you have the option to get the password reset
If you have unlocked that e-mail account you will be able to access your Facebook account using your e-mail address and the new password

You can recover your account in two methods.
First Method "Basic"
1) Visit the website: https://www.flipkart.com/account/login
2) Input your "Email/Mobile" in the Textbox then click forgot password beside the LOGIN button.
3) If email/mobile is valid; check your mail for your new password.

Second Method "Recover through Social Media Account"
1) Visit the website: https://www.flipkart.com/account/login
2) Below the LOGIN Textboxes; Select FB or Google+
Note: your account will be recover if you already connect the social media account to your flipkart account under flipkart settings.

OK go and get another Email account, say a Gmail one, then go to the Yahoo login page, and use the LOST PASSWORD RECOVERY process, attempt the lost password process, and this time use the NEW email account you have setup, this then will allow you to recover your login and password.

go to login screen, type in the e-mail that is associated with your account, then underneath where you would type in your password. Click on that and follow facebooks instuctions. They will e-mail your password to the e-mail account that is associated with the account
