Try hard reset: With the power off, try holding down the up volume button and the power power button. After it starts up with something appearing on the screen then release and this may get you to the factory restore option menu.

You don't like the logo? You should call the service center. The number must be on the product box. If you hacked it or something then support guys might refuse warranty.

This kocaso M352 was sent to me to replace the IROLA. So where do I start? The 1st screen is for password. do I enter a new password?

It looks like this model has been used before as someone has set a password. You need to reboot the tablet to remove it.

If you have not set up a Google (or Gmail) account on the tablet, you will have to perform a firmware install, which will revert the tablet back to factory settings. As there is no firmware listed and they supplied the replacement, contact the toll free number 1-866-777-0079. They are open M-F, 9:30am-6pm EST and get a working replacement.

How do I reset my kocaso tablet model mx736

While the power is turned off hold the power button and up volume button by pressing them. Keep holding them until something appears on the screen.
